Fuel lock does not work. Unistalled and re-installed, still gives same error Uh- Oh, something went wrong. I noticed, others are having same issues. Please 7 - 11 Markerting and Business development team, you are performing at international stage, kindly, look into the performance of your tech savy apps, which are just being a mock puppet shows, then any real advantage to all the consumers. Disappointed!!

App was working fine till I have a fuel lock. Everything just went "Uh oh... We are currently unable to retrieve offers. Please check back later". Can't even locate the fuel lock. Uninstall, install does help at all. Everything back to normal after 7 days later. Same issue with my partner fuel lock too.

Either the app is dodgy or the cashiers at 7/11 are dodgy. I usually get my coffee there and will swipe my rewards card only to find out that it does not register at certain outlets even though I heard the beep when I pay for my coffee. I've been there over 10 times but the app has only registered 3 visits! I will be uninstalling this app. What a waste of my time. Don't advertise if you're not willing to reward your customers!

App wouldn't work to lock in the fuel price. Contacted 7 11 customer service team,and the next fuel purchase I took a photo of the receipt sent it to customer service team. Just received a gift card to the value of what I would have saved. $33.

I've been using this app for a while. After they revamped it is even better. You don't have to specify an amount now and just fill up within a week. Would be good if it was longer but given it's free I have no complaints.

App is pretty cool, love the fuel lock! Initially deals and rewards were amazing, had a good variety of rewards but yous have kinda drop the ball... used to use 7/11 every fuel up, till the rewards were changed to just coffee and slushies...bring back the muffins and donuts rewards, rewards need to have more variety or there's no point fueling up with 7/11 if I can't benifet from rewards sorry 7/11 Thanks you!

Clumsy, inconvenient, and spams you with push notifications. I also had to make a whole new email account because my normal one things the registration email is spam. Why can't I just scan my frequent flyer card like I can at BP?

App no longer recognises my rewards or fuel lock meaning I've missed rewards and cheaper fuel. I've emailed you as well - please correct this and back date the rewards / fuel. Normally a very good App - will change review once updated and response from customer service.

I have had an experiences yesterday that the Fuel Lock code could not be recognised by the shop scanner. It was scanned twice and still gave the full amount not discounted. As advised by the operator, I have immediated sent an email to 7-Eleven to report the fault. I receipt a response the following day and been advised the code fuel lock on my account was not activated. However I activated the fuel lock about 10 minutes before I purchased the fuel. I loss the confident to the app and the after sale service. I will now have to contact the ACCC for false advertising for my rights.

Pretty much a waste of time. The discounts are very minimal and when it comes to to claim the loyalty gift, a free small $1 is offered rather than $1 off any size coffee. Uninstalled.
