I had used a 5 minute ab app before and liked it but couldn't remember which, so I just picked this one. First thing it tells me to do is ... Sign in. I have to register to use this app? No thanks. I'll find one that doesn't make me do that.

How does this sync with Google Fit. I don't see any data on GF. False advertising or a bug, either way can't use this.

Not good not terrible Customizable workouts are cool. Sound notifications(end of the move etc ) do not work with latest update. I have to look all the time if move is finished during workout. Why did I update it anyway.It used to be working before. By the way workout remainder also does not work.

Does not sync with Google Fit. Otherwise, it works great. It has set routines and you can create you own. On some exercises, it shows the same silhouette instead of an actual representation of the type of plank.

I love this app. Great and for now and no complaints. Just got confused at first how to choose workouts because once you choose you have to come back to play Best part is that you can track your records. Great work keep it up

It's a good app. But 5 minutes training lasts 4'44". Every exercise takes one second shorter in the charts, and log. Ok I know, I take the all exercise but I want to see the proper time in my logs. Thanks for your update for advance.

The app is okay, but there's no way to set a reminder for several times a day to actually do the exercise. You can set the timer in the app but it doesn't appear to do anything. UPDATE-- it's not a matter of whether it's fair or not. It's my review. Anybody can do a plank and we don't need an app to show as hell, what I was looking for specifically was an app that would give me a reminder three to four times a day to drop and do a plank. This one doesn't do so.

Pretty nice app but can't seem to sync it with Google Fit which is one the main criteria I'm looking for in this type of app. Would definitely add more star if the sync would work!
