Love the site but have been waiting 10 minutes for 1 gallery to load using the app with a 3 bar 5G connection and it still hasn't populated. This is beyond aggravating. Staring at a grid of image placholders for a minute with no images loading is embarassing. These are picture thumbnails not video files. C'mon can we get some better throughput?

Zenfolio is great for photographers who want to showcase or sell their work in galleries. I have found it to be immensely helpful as I have grown my small photography business over the years - it has grown with me. Their new chat service for users just made all the features better.

For such a great website, this app falls short to expectations. You can't add photos a anymore, you can't change the access information, and you can't do anything to your site. I also would like the option for my clients to view the description on some photos. Still not working after a few weeks. Please fix! I can't upload photos in existing albums!!!!!

Not helpful. I need an app that gives me access to all the backend management of my website. I need to see ALL the sales. I need to be able to access, create and assign pricelists, request payouts, better manage galleries. This app does not of this and is pretty useless.

This admin app for Zenfolio is well designed and flexible . The issue is the chronic response time performance of the mobile app. I get the same unlimited jpg storage for free with Google images, but it's fast. The uploads, thumbnail creation and rendering of new images is painfully slow. (multiple devices with different connections,). I am now using a 5G Samsung S20 and it's just as slow as ever. Google is going to keep adding features to Photos & they have integrated apps that are proven.

Sloooow. Half the time, photos in my galleries won't load. The other half, they are excruciatingly slow to appear even in the thumbnail grid. I had 5 photos in a gallery I was trying to show someone and it took over 5 minutes for them to display. It was never snappy but it used to be a lot better. Not sure what they did but now it's fairly unusable.

Unbelievably bad design. I Finally figured out how to initiate an upload, but who knows where they went? Not to the gallery I added them to. A long while after trying the upload a few times they do appear. Auto upload would be nice if it worked, it does not. I set the upload gallery, but photos taken from the phone camera never make it to the upload queue. Items that are in the upload queue (Not sure how they got there) never get uploaded regardless of whether wifi is enabled.

Very basic like the site. Been building site for clients with other site builders and zen is very behing in terms if tools layouts and options.

It's useless, it doesn't even offer access to account settings, etc. have to do that on the website, which works better anyway. This is a classic example of the outcome of a boardmeeting where some bearded 25 year old hipster proudly proclaimed 'We need an app, everyone has one'.

Everything worked beautifully on my galaxy note 10... Which surprised me after reading through the previous comments. Thumbs updated in seconds and images opened right up. I was able to update several images without issue. Even the slideshow worked flawlessly. I ceel.comfortable sharing images using this app.
