ZConnect - Enterprise Edition Zucchetti is the app for smartphone and tablet that enables the communication between the company and its staff, therefore improving the corporate communication and collaboration.
New: the new Health Check function, essential to manage the entry of staff into the company!
Before entering the company, workers fill in the self-assessment questionnaire on their status of suitability for the service, through a simple questionnaire of few questions. On the basis of the answers provided, the contact persons in charge of the company receive a notice and can assess the employee's suitability for service.
The new function supports companies in compliance with government regulations on workplace safety, while promoting communication and empowerment of staff
Communications, news about the company, personal documents such as payslips, attendance sheets or holiday plans: all resources useful for employees can be accessed 24/7, from anywhere and for people such as shift workers, on site or commercial staff who do not have a desktop computer or are working remotely.
With the ZConnect App you can:
- Consult and save your personal documents from mobile: payslip, attendance sheet, tax return
- Read communications, memorandums and staying updated about all company news;
- Personalize the app with your picture
A unique App for every need!
Moreover, with the ZConnect App each employee can access with just one click to all the mobile functionalities enabled by the company.
The ZConnect App can also become the sole access gate for all mobile functions in the Zucchetti’s HR management range: in this way, in a unique and complete app, easy and simple to use you can access everything you need to simplify your job and take part in the company’s life.

In order for the app to work properly, the company needs to purchase the ZConnect - Enterprise Edition license and enable all employees before making them download the app from the store.
It is necessary to install the HR Portal’s 08.00.00version (or higher)
