Description
With the digital consultation rooms from Zaurus, caregivers can easily offer remote consultations to clients. This way, care recipients do not have to leave the house, but there is still personal contact with the care provider.
The consultations are conducted through our extensive video calling functionalities and chat messages and files can also be exchanged for support. Collegiate consultation can also take place in a digital consultation room.
Care organizations can also choose to use a digital care assistant to support their care providers. These assistants can then be approached via this Zaurus app, for both communication with the person asking for care and for cooperation with the employees of the care organization. The digital care assistants of Zaurus also work from the digital consultation rooms.
Zaurus is also linked to various healthcare information systems. For example, digital consultation rooms can be created directly from, for example, the EPD or the HIS.
