Online Management of Reservations for Meeting Rooms, Communal or Event Rooms, employees / users, can check the availability of the Rooms, if they have authorization they can book directly or request it from a person in charge of the administration of the room, it is not necessary to call or consult by phone, from the comfort of your workplace or from your cell phone you can make your reservations. The System can integrate unlimited users for the subject of reservations and even request special services required to carry out the meeting. To make reservations you can validate in a single view all the rooms available and see in a global calendar the availability of each room, check its physical location, the images, as well as the facilities offered by the room.
