I bought 4 of them and the cameras are good, but it aways gets disconected on the app... I've noticed that the camera stills working its movement detection, but there's no signal on the app. It happened more than three times, so I'm resending it back to the seller on "Mercado Livre" . Also there's no support or an active one to solve the costumers problems.

Everything was fine until they added a stupid limitation. I use this app because is the app that came with my camera. After latest update, the application says "you are going to burn your eyes if you keep watching bla bla bla" of course it's turned on! It's a security camera for christ sake! It has to be shown in the screen all the time! No interruptions! But now, after a while, it stops showing whatever is out there. What a dissappointment.

What's wrong with the app itself for the pass 2 weeks ? When i login it always show device not connected but my house wifi is strong enough and i have to unplug n let it run again n login again then it work only for 1 time login after log out n log back it shows device disconnected again . What's happening to the apps , im sure my house wifi is strong n the plug for the cam fine too . Till today the problem still the same and it already 3rd oct 2021 problem still not solved ......

A new update is long overdue had the camera for about 3months and still dealing with the same problems since i got it which is the playback not functioning smooo it kinda glitches , videos from motion detection not playing , the cloud messages being under "construction" since i got it and still nothing , the motion alert pictures in your local messages dont show they just say "previewing" and customer support needs to step up cause not much os offered other then that good camera

It does the most basic things it has to do I guess. The cameras work, I can see them and move them through the app. But sometimes it shuts down without a warning. I often don't look into it for weeks and when I do randomly I realise the cams have been offline for a long time, without any notification. Also no connection to cloud.

Like so many of the other reviews, I am also very frustrated by this app. The app is meant to monitor 24/7 but every few minutes it asks you to confirm you are still watching. What the hell is the point of this app if you can't watch it without interruptions? I use it while sleeping but in the middle of the night I have to wake up to see that it has been disconnected... This is so dumb! Please take the stupid pop up message away so we can monitor the cameras all the time without interruptions!

Why would you make the monitoring app want to pause your viewing. Just remove that from the app. SIMPLE. You should also fire the person who had the bad idea of trying to pause the viewing of a video surveillance app. Truly ridiculous.

The app seems to work for viewing live, moving, but playback is a hit and miss. It'll say no sd card so I go out, take it out and right back in, format it and it'll work for a few days. Then it only catches certain events no matter what settings I have it on. I definitely don't use cheap sd cards so don't understand.

The transmission started to crash a lot. I use as an electronic babysitter, but with this transmission problems, it's not safe anymore. When I look to the video, it's blocked and I have to click and refresh the connection all the time. Is there any solution to have a non-stop transmission to really use it as a babysitter and see my son with no interruptions that requires manual intervention?

Warning! Don't buy! I'm having the same problem with my newly bought 4 cameras keeps on giving error message 30401003. Unlike my previous 6 yoosee cameras which was connected easily..been trying to connect the new ones for 4 days now and have done everything from re-installing the app, resetting everything but still failed.. the update on the app only made it worst.. sent an email to the developer of the app but doesn't seem to mind at all! Now what am i gonna do do with this useless cam?
