Works well w/ 1 flaw. I'm really baffled why every other review but mine is 1 star? wouldn't reconnect & constantly offline? Weird. I've never had either issue. I do recall reading strong wifi signal or needs to be pretty close to the router. I have really strong signal and signal boosting pods in farthest rooms from router. Think thats why i don't have this problem? So boost your signal! Only lissue Ive had is not being able to get the app to transmit my voice through camera but done need it.

This app and device are shotty at best. It's recordings are glitchy and sound is rarely there. The device is only 8 ft away from the wifi so that's no reason. It says it has a years worth of battery standby and we're lucky to get it to last 2 days. And that's only after you gave to leave it to charge for more than 30 hours if it even charges fully after all that time. For over $265 we were completely ripped off! If i could give a zero rating, i would. Update: Even after the updates, its worse!

Trying to change my password and i dont remeber the one i had before. You have to know your old passwlrd to change it why would an app do that. Now i cant sign in on my new phone. Will never buy this product again. Such a hassel to get into the app.

Difficult to connect device & instructions are not in clear English. Once initially connected, device does not self connect in future & instructions do not explain how to do this. Device remains offline even though it is recording. App will not reconnect without deleting device in app & reinstalling again.

I'm very disappointed with the app,and the camera. I bought a ceiling fire alarm camera and I thought it would cover the small room its in and it doesn't. It covers only where the camera is pointing. Smh no good.. Also it lags and sometimes I'm home watching the camera on my.pjonr and it goes offline while my wifi is working perfectly fine.. smh very disappointed 😞

Time set is difficult because it doesn't give anything but GMT time zone. Also, I can't set the correct date. This app is not easy to navigate. I think I'd rather have the Ring doorbell as a nanny cam. Y'all got some work to do on this. I was truly looking forward to using this and I'll still use it and make do. But if anyone asks me about it, I'll tell them just what I said here!! Very disappointing😣

No liking it so far very complicated to understand or get to what I'm looking for it supposed to be able to rotate but it doesn't show how, they don't have a customer number to call so it's very hard to get help
