Rubbish app and customer service, my footage is complete blank so called customer service, created panic saying my DVR is faulty and needs replacement (have to pay as it is out of warranty), then I inspect all by myself and found out just power supply to the cameras is faulty, replaced the power supply and works fine. Guys, if you don't know how the product works technically then you aren't deserved to be as Technical support. Horrible customer service I ever faced. Avoid at all cost!!!

Really good, wish there was a way for the app or device to tell the difference between motion and switching from day to night mode to avoid push notifications for that. You end up getting so many notifications for day/night, insects etc you basically ignore them all.

Very gud camera system for anywhere in the home can adjust the sensitivity to allow for your pets would recommend these systems or individually they are a very easy to use product cctv with two way sound ( speech ) so u can talk to whom ever has activated your system or just to your pet very good picture quality

UPDATE, found the LAN view but it's hidden away in the settings. Please add to the main menu and save passwords saving me logging in each time. No option to turn led Please allow LOCAL WIFI access. My internet connection can be unstable and if no internet I can't access the camera even though I'm connected in the local WiFi network. I can ping it but the application won't connect to the camera. Please update so the application can discover cameras on the local network without needing internet.

Super fast setup. Installed memory in camera and now it tracks, records and detects humans. No subscrition required, eact your heart out Google Nest...lol. Even get a notification each time with absolutely no false alarms. It's just great.

Been trying to set up from Thursday..3 days, no luck. A lot of guessing in the absence of clear instructions. Disappointed. ....5 days later still trying, waiting on our 5th call to once again see why the is the most laborious experience I've had.

Poor. First when you scan the QR code on the device it asks you what it is , why ?? Then noticeably the English isn't great thoughout, come on marketing at least check the translations after you've outsourced it. Then , could not connect the camera , stuck on some poor audio chirping process that doesnt work. A real shane, can't believe such big names can't get the basics right

I've downloaded the app and it was working fine, then it said that the cameras were offline. If I delete the cameras on the app will it delete them on the DVR as well ? What can I do to get them on my phone again ?

spot on for me al 3 cams work fine. just fine tuned router(plusnet) al cams are stable and make sure you format sd.cards befor useing this gave me no record on 2 cams . i have had these running now for 3 months with no probs spot on

I like the app, and getting used to it and the CCTV camera product, but any way to get an option to keep the screen on top of other apps , so I can keep monitoring my dad whilst browsing other apps. that way the audio will keep streaming too. sometimes it accidentally closes by me too. I've seen it on other apps like babycam, so am sure it is available
