XM SendSecure is a collaborative file exchange platform that is both highly secure and simple to use. It is expressly designed to allow for the secure exchange of sensitive documents via virtual SafeBoxes.
XM SendSecure for Android is your ideal secure file exchange mobile tool. With this free app, you can quickly and easily send your sensitive documents anywhere and at any time, directly from your mobile device connected to your XM SendSecure cloud service.
Using XM SendSecure for Android is as simple as sending an email. Plus the security - to keep all your sensitive and confidential data safe.
• Securely send your files using your usual mobile features: select files from your device or cloud storage locations, take photos of your paper documents or send documents from your other mobile apps.
• All exchanged files are automatically stored in a virtual SafeBox. The SafeBox is ephemeral, and all stored files are automatically purged from the SafeBox based on a pre-defined retention policy.
• All exchanged files benefit from antivirus protection by being systematically scanned for potential threats.
• Files are encrypted both in transit and at rest.
• Address your SafeBoxes to your usual contacts: manually type email addresses, select recipients from your mobile or from your enterprise account, use favorites for quick selection.
• No user account is required for external recipients (XM SendSecure guests): they are authenticated via a one-time code received by email, SMS or voice call.
• A Secure Link/URL can be distributed to anyone to initiate a SafeBox for secure inbound generated exchanges of files and messages.
• Manage all your SafeBoxes directly from your mobile: follow/unfollow, read/unread, reply, close, delete, manage participants...
• Receive mobile notifications upon SafeBox activity and events.
• A signed Audit Record is automatically generated detailing all exchanges that occurred.
