One major gripe. The app opens up into "the circle" which is a social media type platform kind of like Instagram. People can share their photos etc. I wish the app opened up into the color control section. This is first and foremost a color control app, not a social media app. At the least,give the user an option to choose where the app opens up into.

I have an android phone galaxy s10e and the app stopped working. Apparently my phone will no longer pair with the controller. The lights are only 2 years old.

I have been enjoying this in my car until tonight when it started crashing and closing the app every time I try to create a new color pattern on music menu to go along with the beat. I emailed jist now to get support but I am also posting here to see if there is any way to fix that.........

New update is broken. It keeps telling me to update the app and I already updated it, wont let me do anything when it pops up in the app.

Love these lights .. Controllers are expandable and are able add more lights to same set .. Customer service is best .. I had one issue with one strip and got replacement 2 days later , no issues

The lights are bright but why do they just come on seems like everytime I look out the window or go to get in car the lights are on then when I open the app it shows they are not turned on but they are on so I have to turn on via the app then turn back off to get them to shut off I paid $350 for them and they are junk and all customer support says is to reset controller well I did that and they still will just turn on randomly throughout the day I would give 0 stars if I could

I like the lighting kit I have been using for 2 years now. I only have a couple issues. The company and the customer service is amazing I have only had 2 problems and 1 complaint. 1. my control pad blew. Company sent me out a new one no questions asked no nothing just simply replaced it. AMAZING!!!!! 2. I keep having problems with the light strips either stop lighting up or they light up wrong colors. I'll have set for white but some will be pink or yellow. 3. My complaint is that there are tooo many female ends I think there should be more male plugs and connectors also Double ended connections. I've tried splicing 2 males together to make connections and also 2 females together sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. But it would be nice if the company made these and sold them.

I have the headlight on my Road King Classic and it's not just awesome AF it also is a life saver because cars are bad to pull out in front of a motorcycle but with the headlight it has really helped me be seen so if you ride you will love this badass headlight get you one today. 🇺🇸 STOP THE HATE 🇺🇸
