Aplikacja dedykowana do zakupionej licencji systemu XAPP. Aby korzystać z tej aplikacji, pracodawca musi mieć zakupiony abonament w serwisie xapp.pl.
XAPP to aplikacja ułatwiająca komunikację między pracownikami i pracodawcą. Oprócz ewidencji czasu pracy, aplikacja pozwala kontrolować położenie pracowników na mapie, wysyłać materiały do pracownika, wysyłać zdjęcia z miejsca pracy do pracodawcy, obsługiwać urlopy, planować pracownikom pracę na najbliższe dni, tworzyć zespoły i przypisywać ich do miejsc pracy. Aplikacja może działać w trybie offline. Dzięki XAPP komunikacja znacznie się poprawi.
Funkcje i zalety aplikacji:
- Ewidencja czasów pracy, przerw (także nadgodzin) pracowników
- Ewidencja wykonywanych zadań w ciągu dnia
- Kontrolowanie położenia pracowników poprzez dane z systemu GPS
- Obsługa urlopów - akceptowanie lub odrzucanie zgłoszeń urlopów nadesłanych przez pracowników
