The app works, but it is stupid simple and not in the good way. You have the ability to reposition your cameras while in app, but you'll be doing it every time as it doesn't save your preferences on exit. I'd also love the ability to tap into one camera and automatically switch to mainstream instead of manually switching every time i jump between views. Galaxy A11 fully updated at this time.

Started off pretty good a year or so ago, but has gone totally down hill. Connection issues to the point of non existence. Definitely not dependable. You have to log in and out constantly. Certain hours of the day there no connection ability at all. Customer service is non existing. If another app works better let me know.

It started out ok then would not connect to our phones without home internet, when im at home dont need cameras im security need them when im away from home, dont buy this brand, i had to buy a better system works great now any where im at can see all my cameras clearly

Have to force stop every single time in order for it to bring up camera feed. Playback will stop and then you have to go back to where you pick what camera to view and start that process over again and go past the time that it froze on. Absolutely the worst app for Samsung. I don't understand how they got this all wrong.

It's been 3yrs, multiple phones and all updates and still the app opens upside-down. Not only that it makes my entire phones GUI go upside-down and extra hard to use. I have to close all my open apps and reopen it to make it work properly. Also over and over I have to login & reconnect which most the time requires me to delete the whole app because it says device already exists but won't do anything. And of course if I'm home and trying to watch my business when this happens I'm S.O.L 🤷🏾♂️

Haven't been able to view my camera system since March 29th emails are on deliverable no one answers when you call the support line being on hold for 2 hours at one time! I'm guessing they just packed up and went home... No support whatsoever! Do not buy anything with the wiseview name on it! If I could give them a zero for a reading I would have! Samsung is absolutely no help either.. and again in June!! This product and the company are absolutely horrible.. Completely non-existent customer ser

I have this for about 5 years now only messed up twice now and today and yesterday would not log on or do nothing same thing it did last time about anyear ago so i unstalled it and put it back on still nothing please fix. Okay well now im editing this trying to fix it again so i can check my buisness and its not working again a couple months later please fix whatever is going on it just keep trying to load. Ive uninstalled and it didnt work its still trying to load but nothing.

Wow ... 2yrs So far this app has worked flawlessly on my iPhone and my Android both the app and the Internet site... I introduced this app to my family who also has home surveillance it too has worked flawlessly I recommend this app and website.

As of a few days ago this app no longer works for viewing my DVR/Camera's. Since the app has not been updated in a long time I expect its a Server Issue that needs to be fixed. Hanwha Techwin we need your help or an alternate app we can use.
