The WINDTRE app is Connections, Energy, and Insurance. It's the fastest and easiest way to check and customize all your offers.
The WINDTRE app also offers Please don't call: the FREE service that identifies and reports potential unwanted calls, protecting your number from spam. You choose whether to answer!
Access WINDTRE anytime, with mobile coverage or Wi-Fi, to check your remaining data, minutes, and texts, and add what you need with a simple tap.
With the WINDTRE app, you can:
• Manage WINDTRE Electricity & Gas offers: simple billing, green energy, and exclusive prices for customers
• Discover the insurance policies distributed by Wind Tre S.p.A.
• Top up your number or that of your friends in complete security, and choose your preferred payment method: credit card or PayPal. Activate Auto-Recharge to avoid running out of credit
• Customize your phone plan in the OFFERS section: add data, minutes, and texts or activate a new plan (including international plans)
• Manage your home network, depending on your modem model*: check your internet connection status and upload/download speed, view devices connected to the network, and customize your Wi-Fi network
• Access the WINDAY program, which rewards you with benefits, discounts, and promotions every day
• View your preferred store or choose your favorite
• Contact us via CHAT! All the support you need thanks to the WILL digital assistant and our team of consultants.
• Manage all your mobile and landline lines and view your traffic, charges, and top-ups in the MOVEMENTS section.
