Permissions Explanations:

-android.permission.INTERNET only for download and show banner ads in settings but widget on homescreen is no ads

-android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE to check access to the internet, if device is online and user go to settings then see banner ad

-android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE to read device id which is unique and it is required for ads
