I can't connect to my personal network. I go through the routine, give network password, click my network name, and it says I'm connected. However, when I try to call out I'm told I need to turn wifi on. I go to wifi and it tells me it's on. The service man who installed my new fiber optic service was able to connect to my network with no trouble. Help. PS... otherwise I like the phone very much.

I can't connect to my home WiFi it shows connected but I can't make a call. I wps it at first it showed my network but now it says no available networks. I can't even make a WiFi call. I can connect to the internet but not make a call or receive or send sms messages , I can't even receive codes

TracFone so far i support the one star for your compliance with google play store support replies as required, but support isn't what reviews are all about or else there's no point in an application. That's what every person downloading wifi app or keep alive are telling you.. They don't get why you bloat phones without root giving no a ability to remove them. And it's clear as a dev why you spy with it, and playstore dev I demanded that you explain the function of app in its required spot. Fail

This app says it was installed, not from factory, but after factory resetting, and proper disabling instructions, this app keeps reinstalling itself and then reinstalling other apps that have been blocked and uninstalled

Keeps saying wifi utility not working correctly. Literally every thirty seconds. My phone has restarted on its own, and I have powered off and restarted. Something is wrong and needs fixed ASAP

I try and try and try passwords it says poor signal sometimes it says I have it but it's always locked I don't know if I do or not and sometimes it works in Facebook says I don't have no internet check your internet I don't really know just need help no one seems to care

Every 5 minutes that I am on my phone, there is a prompt saying "WIFI Utility has stopped working... blah blah blah" I don't know what the problem is? Do I need this app to use wifi on my phone? I'm not dumb, but I don't know much about configuring a phone.

DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP! It's awful. just awful. always on the blink. never does what it's supposed to do. always screwing around with my mobile data at the worst times. my device connects with hotspots with far less issues than this app has just existing on my device. I wish i could completely get rid of it. unfortunately I'm going to have to root my device just to do just that because it's an awful carrier app.

I give it one star because you cannot give it zero as is None. Horrible app totally uneccessary it's total garbage since I bought this Motorola E6 I have had problems galore Especially the Garbage that is preinstalled which includes all Google and tracfone apps I am going back to my old J7 at least i could use it
