Who is on my WiFi - WiFi Scan is an app by Network Scanner - WiFi Scanner & Network Monitor in the Tools category, listed since at least April 2021. It includes native code only for x86 64-bit, so it won't install on ordinary ARM phones (only on x86 devices such as emulators and some Chromebooks).

Since version 1.1.5, the minimum Android version rose from 4.1 to 4.4. It asks for 17 permissions, 2 of them sensitive: precise location and modify shared storage.
