Just like the magazine, I have a subscription to Which, and that might give me more functionality, looking at other reviews I had no such problems. Log in was easy and straightforward, search was intuitive, zoom function worked well, although I had to read it in landscape for all the text to appear. Only downloaded the app last month so maybe the developers have taken the criticism on board and updated it.

Hopeless at downloading for offline reading. No better online. And the search facility is the worst ever. Can't find articles on 'technology'. Or 'computers'.

What the hell? This app doesn't let me find reviews, and the website keeps asking me to log in when I already am! Maybe Which should do a Best Buy analysis of consumer advice services. It would embarrass them.

Bring back the old app!! This so called improved reading experience is a pain to use on my Samsung galaxy note 9. It takes ages to load. The text size is not adjustable. The text reflow button does not appear on every page. Swiping from right to left brings up the menu more often than it turns the page. When reading a page in text reflow mode there is a huge ugly bar across the top of the screen with an X to go back to full page mode. Pressing the Android back button exits the magazine! Crapware

This latest update to the app is absolutely awful. Pagination is wrong; gives me option to download a magazine but doesn't tell me if it's done it. Can't display or manage my downloaded library. Selected "contact us" section and got "terms and conditions". No Help section available. No "what's new in this version" available. Old version of app worked perfectly. Bring it back now.

Waste of time. There are many good reading apps and this is not one of them. Navigation is difficult. I saw an article on the contents page and wanted to read it. OK, download the issue first. Is ready? No idea. Flick through to page 49. My phone is the latest Android Pixel 4. Swiping is also back. Really difficult to swipe without going back. Give up. I hope this app didn't cost members much money. It's like a final year uni project which was never finished.

January 22nd 2020 having had this problem resolved back in September it has now returned! Update not working on Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. The only item the menu will allow me to access is articles. Attempts to view either archived issues or this year's issues bring up a pop up for Log out, Renew Previous Purchases. There is an arrow at the top to take me back to home screen but basically that then eventually brings me back to the pop up whatever I try!

Very useful app if you have a Which? membership. View all monthly magazines and download for offline viewing. "Tap to read article" facility useful. It could be improved by making better use of the screen real estate when using a tablet in landscape e.g. article view taking up width of screen. Ability to bookmark where you are up to in a magazine. Navigate pages without having to come out of article view.

New app is a downgrade. The previous version was much easier to navigate and displayed each page so it could be read. It remembered where I stopped reading so the next time I opened the app it started where I left off. This new app does none of this. Bring back the old version, it was so much better.

Unusable. I've just installed the app. Greeted with an error message informing me I need to update the app. No update available. Disagreeable tech is a pet peave of mine. Which was a resource to minimise triggering instances... Take it down. Now. This is just embarrassing. CS, before you reply, I sent my report before I wrote this. Super disappointing for £12.99/m.
