"Welby My Chart" is a free app that makes it easy to record measurements such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight, as well as daily diet and exercise. By connecting with designated blood pressure monitors, SMBG devices, scales, and activity monitors, measurement data can be automatically recorded in the app. Collected data can be shared with doctors and family members, and can be used to help with health management, lifestyle improvement, and treatment.

Simply measure your blood pressure with a designated connected device, such as a blood pressure monitor, SMBG monitor, scale, or activity tracker, and your data will be automatically collected in the app, allowing you to easily keep track of your health. Manual entry is also possible, making it easy to keep track of your health.

■ At-a-glance graph and table reporting
Recorded data such as weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, and exercise can be reviewed in graph and table report formats. Meal records can be recorded with photos or text for each meal.

■ Medication status and notification function
You can use the app as a medicine notebook to record medication and prescription medications. You can also set daily medication notifications.

■ Welby points based on app usage
Earned points will be carried over after the app renewal.
The points program is scheduled to be revamped. Points will be awarded based on continued use and achieving health goals. Points will be awarded monthly, rather than real-time. Details will be announced as soon as they are decided.

You can also share your data with medical professionals (doctors, nurses, registered dietitians, etc.) at medical institutions using "Welby My Chart" and with your family.
