Das sind nur die ersten drei Fälle in denen unsere WebRKA mobile App Sie unterstützt
Rufen Sie die App auf, koppeln Sie diese mit Ihrem WebRKA Account und sehen Sie ihre eigenen Abrechnungen. Verfolgen Sie den Status Ihrer Abrechnungen. Als Vorgesetzter sehen Sie zudem alle Abrechnungen, die Sie freigeben oder ablehnen müssen. Schauen Sie sich die Details der Abrechnung an, wenn bereits gescannt auch die Belege, und treffen Sie dann Ihre Entscheidung.
Fotografieren Sie Ihre Belege mit der Kamera Ihres Smartphones oder Tablets und laden das Bild an die WebRKA hoch. Später können Sie Ihren Beleg einfach in die Abrechnung übernehemen. Bitte heben Sie einstweilen die Originalbelege noch so lange auf, bis die Abrechnung ausbezahlt wurde.
