This app definitely has its uses for accessing the files on the NAS. However that is about where it's used ends, as it for some reason cannot access files on my SD card. Even though I followed the instructions for giving the app permission, it still says it cannot. Because of this I can't back files up from my sd card at all which is where most of my files are

  2. Christian Weiss-avatar

    Christian Weiss

Absolutely pathetic. All I want to do is play my 3tb of music on my Android. Completely unreliable function. Connects sometimes. Plays sometimes. Sometimes it plays a few songs. Sometimes it stops mid song. Sometimes it's random, sometimes it's on repeat. Atrocious interface. I can say, the quality of the stream is AWESOME. Other than that, complete rubbish.

  3. Allen-avatar

Seems like the application was shipped half baked. It kinda works, but fails at the things it advertises. Moble upload, fails even on the same network (better to use a full function file explorer). Any level of NAS management fails, as the UI does not allow much and even appears to lack basic functions like coy and paste. Ultimately, unfortunately, the only way to remotely access your NAS from a remote location/Mobile phone. Forget actually interacting with it beyond some buggy downloads.

  4. Phillip Woodliffe-avatar

unable to access from mobile and phone vibrates when uploading a file. Nicer interface but could be made a lot better for uploading files and copying files. The vibrate when uploading files is really annoying and not sure why this is happening on my Samsung note 8. Sorry but had nothing but trouble with buffalo since using them. not much help in setting up nas drive on sky fibre or bt broadband and to access using a mobile

  5. Alexis Ryan-avatar

App is not very user friendly. Documentation is poor. Still not clear on how to manually update the NAS from my smart devices. Set up of Auto download is vague. I had to use admin password to create webaxxx folder on NAS. Couldn't user the userid created for the device. Would love to see options to view downloaded data by detail or list. and an option to delete a downloaded file. other than this, it works well to access files remotely.

  6. Chaim Rosenstiel-avatar

    Chaim Rosenstiel

Why does my phone keep sending me notifications when doing a file upload? Once would be great but it keeps sending them until the full upload is finished. I don't see a way to turn off the sound in the app. Please fix!

  7. Nick Dawson-avatar

    Nick Dawson

Good when it actually connects otherwise very frustrating. I am not sure if this is the fault of this application or the actual firmware on my NAS (which is the most recent). I see a benifit should this app function as planned but unfortunately a bit too flaky.

  8. Jon Morian-avatar

    Jon Morian

Can't get past the privacy notice. There is NO continue button anywhere on the page and if I go back to the main page, it won't allow me to clear the dialog box. Completely useless. Android version 11 on Note 5G Ultra.

  9. Charles Breton-avatar

    Charles Breton

You can acces your NAS but cannot see the complete name of your files nor download multiples files at once. For me this is completely useless. Would be nice to be able to organise files with lists or select multiples files at once.

  10. Ray Peters-avatar

    Ray Peters

If the NAS device is configured correctly, this app is super useful for transferring all the video I shoot. Just plug my phone in after a shoot and it does it's thing.
