New Features: The new WaterOn app is here-this will give you more detailed consumption trends.There is lot to explore, but here's a quick overview: New - Today’s consumption - the new home screen shows today’s total consumption. The slider at the bottom shows consumption in 2 hour slots. Tapping on the daily total will show you the consumption for the week. View your home’s last 3 months consumption - You can drill down to a specific week and/or month. The consumption is shown using simple to understand bar chart. One of the worst product and worst support. I was using the water on for the last 1.5 years and I have started even in the beginning that reading was showing wrongly. But wateron customer support team ignored my ticket and closed. Now in the current reading it showing per day usage as 3800 Ltrs per day which impossible. No phone support and no response yet from Customer support.

Waste of money, these guys never respond to our queries. My account is showing 3 meters instead of 2 and I am billed unnecessarily. Their support has no solution for this. When we raise a ticket for any issue with meters they say it's chargeable.

These meters are of no use..they don't work most of the time & they are running short of technicians for post installation support & it's been two years & they only focus on rental money & no waivers are provided for those non-working meters & it's just waste of money, please don't go with wateron & get locked..at last you will loose everything

Waste of money. We were overwhelmed after seeing the digital features at offering like hourly readings, daily average, etc on the app. All the meters got faulted after 4 months of usage. The idea is good but execution is bad or should I say worst. Your team is also not replying to our emails or service tickets from past 6 months but went on suggesting improving water quality by installing softners etc.. Inspite of that the meters were never showing correct readings.
World of Thoughts
We implemented this WaterOn through Smarter homes for 100+ houses The app gets locked often for different houses randomly and when resident close for any leakage issue the app do not open again and the resident struck without water until these guys come and fix. During this pandemic we understand the support is minimal, I called the manager, he said you guys are "playing" with the app. We cant send anyone today due pandemic we have informed you please check the SLA. Pls avoid this company.

When u raise a complaint they schedule a technician visit.. they don't give any reference number for the complaint nor do they give technician's contact number.. And as usual the technician does not show up..Been more than 24 hrs without water.. Their call centre number is switched off.. can u beat that? Worst service ever..

Stay away from implementing their meters. There meters are worse than any 3rd grade outdated equipment. My house was vacant for almost an year, yet the reading showed water consumption, sometimes 700ltrs per day. After spending so much money to install water meters, our apartment owners are regretting the decision. The only thing worse than their meters is their customer service, so mannly SLA breaches and unresolved issues yet they are thick-skinned to work on it.

We recently installed wateron. So, I can't comment on the APP but one thing which I really want to say that this whole water metering system is a need of hr. After installing and continuously tracking our usage, we found that we have leakage in our flat. After rectifying that issue, our usage got reduced to less than 400 ltr per day. I really feel that people should go for water metering system.

I am so disappointed with the performance and working of WaterOn meter. My washroom lines are l clogged up due to the stupid meter and not even a single drop of water is flowing through taps. I have raised multiple complaints but no one ever addresses them. I would really like to get rid off that faulty meter as well as want refund of maintenance cost. I am pissed with the service, your people will not pick up the calls as well. STUPID METER IT IS

Very poor customer support. The app is not working on my Android mobile for last 2 weeks. It is hanging at OTP verification stage. Tried with reinstallation but not helped. There is no resolution from support team so far. Keep on sending reminders, but no response. Really fed up with this app!
