When I paid $250 for my watch 3 2 1/2 yrs ago, I bought it for the in depth sleep analysis (which it no longer does) - and the cardiac analysis (which it does less now - gives a basic pulse and nothing more- not even the history that it once did) - had I known that the watch wouldn't provide any of the services I purchased it for, obviously I never would have purchased it. This is a huge disappointment.

Update, update, update, give ALL PERMISSIONS, oh - you forgot to enable GPS - hmm we can't show you the weather, update, install 5 more apps from samsung, read agreement "permit all", allow Samsung to do whatever they want with your phone — it's hell of software, it's hell of privacy. Why all these people write articles about their watches? It's the worst user experience I ever had. 0 stars, even minus one. Farewell samsung

Lots of smart features hard to get to or missing. For example i'm not sure if there's a way to copy the sound/vibration settings from phone to watch automatically. Doesn't it make sense that if you put your phone on silent you PROBABLY want your watch silent and same when you come back to normal sound?

When it works, it works fine, but recently whenever I unlock my phone it pops up and asks me to sign into my Samsung account. If I try to log in it just fails, feels like a literal pop up every time I unlock my phone. Going to reinstall and hope that fixes it.

disappointing sleep tracking, shows no deep sleep most of the time and the worst thing is this seems to be a persistent problem (check online forums) and nothing is being done about it, wouldn't buy this watch if you want accurate sleep tracking

Works as intended sometimes it does lose connection but i feel my other Bluetooth device may have to do with it honestly. Otherwise I love the smartwatch and being able to sync my steps, sleep, and updates through the app. Looking forward to Galaxy watch 4 having better integration with my Android phone but getting a Samsung Galaxy phone next to make the sync and connectivity more streamlined compared to using LG phone which i love but definitely makes it tougher to have seamless experience.

It's an okay app it does what you need it too but I wish they would come out with new watch faces more often and more workout apps available for the watch would be great.

It has lots of problems. I am not able to change my watch face. Everytime I change my phone this app don't sync with my watch properly. Buying Samsung watch was a waste of money only because of Tizen OS. Please change it to Android wear OS.

Terrible responsiveness. Changes made in settings aren't recognized and don't function correctly. Would not recommend this and regret purchasing Samsung device.
