When the app works right, it is very helpful. However, I have been met with slow or incomplete loads, & oftentimes an error message that says data is unavailable. Also, when I tried to add another adult from my household to my account, the process never went through, even though we followed all of the steps. When we tried it again, there were more errors until I finally gave up. Honestly it is easier to go to my local Walgreens, wait in line for 30-45 minutes, and ask the tech behind the counter

I am a team lead at a Walgreens location and I LOVE this app. some times it's even more useful than my zebra. I use it over a dozen times daily. its helpful with deal of the week displays too. I do miss that since the latest update we're not able to look at next week's sale ad. I actually prefer the older version of the scroll down ad instead of the new category type we have in the newest update. I love how it breaks down your point earnings and the coupons. one of the most used apps on my phone

There is a glitch when my phone freezes every time I open the app and I need to log in again every single time. When I click to save my information it tells me this is "not available at the time." The website does the same thing so this seems to be a company wise problem. Most days I can't even check my prescriptions which makes me feel I should get them filled somewhere else then.

I mostly use this app to print pictures. Such a handy feature to be able to upload and have 1 hour prints! :) The frustrating part is, if I have more than 20 pictures it takes FOREVER for them to upload. Most of the time it fails and I just end up wasting a lot of time. It would be so great if this worked better for 50 - 100 pictures at a time.

Not very user friendly! I liked the previous App better, before this last change!!! Especially if you want older people to use it; if you no longer have the printed ads. How am I supposed to see what's on sale, if I don't know what I'm looking for. I'm more apt to purchase a sale item, than a full priced item. Not happy with the changes. Plus, we can't see "next weeks ad" anymore. It was nice to be able to plan ahead for the next weeks shopping trip, even if it was only a few days ahead.

...the app closes by itself multiple times while trying to go through coupons, etc., and you have to log back in constantly... i catch it running in the background a lot, which i don't like, and i hate the recent change to the weekly "flyer" which now only shows a few products instead of the whole thing, and doesn't allow you to circle things you're interested in anymore... it's good for digital coupons if you can stay logged in long enough or re-log in every few minutes... kinda disappointed...

I have had this app for months and everytime I try to sign in to my account and verify my identity it says "this service is unavailable" and to try again later. This has gone on for MONTHS. I have updated my app, cleared the cache, etc and nothing had helped. I have an account that I can access online, but the app simply doesn't work. Annoying.

Total Garbage! It used to be great, but now it's slow, doesn't update etc. I have prescriptions ready for pick up right now but the app doesn't show them ready. It never even showed them received. It still shows a different prescription stuck in processing. Its useless. I have to depend on texts to hopefully come through, call (and wait on hold for 30-60 min due to staffing issues) or go to the website the old school way. Get it together Walgreens!

I hate it I've lost it twice and had to have your clerks put it back on. The add is so small I can't read it. As I try to page thru it I lose it or it pops up something I don't want. I'm now going to CVS until you get your adds back in the paper!!!!!!!!! Dan koehler It's now even worse now go back to a instore flyer, if you can't go back to a flyer in the paper!!!!!!

It needs some work. I enjoyed ordering my prescriptions online before this app. Now I find I have to call the pharmacy because my orders via the app do not seem to get filled. I have also tried using the cancel feature twice. Each time it took me calling the pharmacy to get the "canceling order" notice off...72 hours after canceling. The app is not all awful, but it is definitely not working well.
