Quick and simple WakeOnLan / WOL!.

Download Wake On Lan 1.54:+ Adds wakeup tiles to notification tray - There are 3 tiles and they will show the top 3 used machines and their state (Updated every 15 mins or so with the widgets) ~ Updates to support newer Android versions (New min is 6.0+) - Had to force background online status checks (if enabled) to be every 15ish mins.. when conditions and the OS allows ~ Widget tweaks ~ Tweaks to network searcher ~ Tweaks to online status to maybe work nicer with windows hosts
