Wa'azi Akan Zina

Ma’anar zina da hukuncinta: Lafazin zina a shari’ance yana nufin saduwa da mace ba tare da an yi aure, ko an mallake ta a matsayin baiwa ba. Sai dai akan yi amfani da lafazin zina a kan abin da bai kai saduwa ba, kamar yadda ya zo a Hadisin Abu Huraira (Allah Ya yarda da shi) ) ya ce, Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ya ce: “An rubuta wa dan Adam rabonsa na zina, babu makawa sai ya same shi, zinar idanu ita ce gani, zinar kunnuwa ita ce ji, zinar harshe ita ce magana, zinar hannu ita ce damka, zinar kafa ita ce taku, zuciya kuwa tana kwadayi tana fata, farji kuma shi yake gaskata haka ko ya karyata.” Muslim. A cikin wannan Hadisi za mu ga yadda Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ya nuna cewa kowane dan Adam an rubuta masa rabonsa na zina, kuma zai samu wannan rabo babu makawa, sai dai ba za a kama shi da laifi ba, har sai idan ya gaskata abin da idonsa ko kunnensa ko hannunsa ko kafarsa suka jiyar da shi, ta hanyar yin amfani da farjinsa don biyan bukatar wadannan gabbai. Wannan shi ne ma’anar fadin Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) a karshen Hadisin, “farji shi yake gaskata haka ko ya karyata.” (Sharhin Sahih Muslim na Imam Nawawi Juz’i na 16, shafi na 216). Malamai suna cewa, fadin Allah “kada ku kusanci zina,” kai matuka ne wajen hana ta, don ya fi a ce “kada ku yi zina.” The term zina is an Arabic word, which refers to fornication and adultery, where a man involves in a sexual intercourse with a woman to whom he is not lawfully married. This is regardless of the marital status of the parties involved. On the other hand, in English Language, the term fornication is used when the one involved is a single, whereas the term adultery is used when any of the parties involved is a married person. In other words, a couple may involve in zina, and one of them will be considered to have committed fornication, and the other, to have committed adultery. Zina comes in different forms. There’s the zina of the hand, when one touches the opposite gender who is not ḥalāl for him or her. There’s also the zina of the eye, where one extends his vision to that which is not ḥalāl for him or her. Also, there’s the zina of the tongue, where one could ‘sweet-talk’ the opposite gender. We also have the zina of the ears, when we listen to the ‘sweet-talk’ of the opposite gender. All that or some of them could be inevitable, as the Prophet ṣallā Allāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam said. But the zina, which is discussed in this article is the major zina where sexual organs are involved. Sexual organs’ involvement in zina is meant when penetration of the penis into the vagina takes place. This is commonly termed as intercourse. Isn’t it? In a ḥadīth reported by Imām al-Bukhārī and Muslim from the narration of Sayyidinā Abī Hurairah raḍiya Allāhu ‘anhu, the Prophet ṣallā Allāhu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: “Allah has written for the son of Adam his share of zina which he commits inevitably. The zina of the eyes is the sight (to gaze at a forbidden thing), the zina of the tongue is the talk. The inner self wishes and desires and the private parts testify all this or deny it.”
