VR Theater 1.0 — the theater finally has seats.
Turn on "Theater seating" next to the Play button: the empty room becomes an auditorium, and you're sitting in it. Off by default — if your phone can take it, try it.
Also:
- spatial audio got a serious upgrade, on by default this time
- the usual bug fixes, and certainly some new ones
Something, somewhere, will break. Write to me when it does.

I apologize for the inconvenience!
The 0.15.0 update left some of you with a black screen instead of a movie. This release hunts those bugs down:
- black/blank screen after updating
- black video on some Samsung devices
- a crash in the gaze controls
- screen-lock breaking 180°/360° panoramic
Thanks to Muhammad R. and Albert L. for the help! A calm bug report beats an angry one-star — I read and answer every message, so reach out. Enjoy a (hopefully) less buggy app!

New in this version:
- Ambient screen lighting: the theater walls now glow with the colors of your movie (on by default, tweakable in the options)
- New playback panel: repeat one, loop the whole folder, shuffle, and auto-play the next video, all in one place from the format screen
- The movie list now shows the filename under each title

Hi, and thank you for sticking with this app!
I now maintain the app only (my interests have shifted a while ago: sorry!).
In this release, I have fixed a problem with the loading of photographic environments and enabled VR Theater for new Android devices.
For practical reasons, I also increased the minimum Android version to use the app to 6.0.
