You can choose cutting time (from seconds, to seconds) with an intuitive interface, easy to use (drag and drop or enter the time directly). After cutting, MP3 Cutter, Ringtone Maker can help you to set this cut file to the default ringtone, default notification sound or you can specify as a ringtone for a specific contact, ...
