To enhance security, a subscriber is forced to change his/her PIN when it is reset by the bank staff or if the subscriber is a newly registered subscriber. Also, the app limits a subscriber's login attempts to a maximum of 3 attempts. That is, when a subscriber inputs a wrong PIN 3 times, his/her subscriber record is deactivated until assisted by the bank's customer service.

Visa Mobile Banking (TZ) conveniently and reliably enables a bank customer to access and make use of his/her bank account with ease. Using the solution, a bank customer can send money from his/her bank account to a mobile wallet such as TIGOPESA, M-PESA, AIRTEL MONEY, send money from one account number to another and/or from one bank to another and pay bills such as LUKU, DAWASCO and many more.
The solution also enables a customer to transact using VISA by offering 3 main Visa services: Scan to Pay (which a customer can use to pay for a product or service to a VISA recognized merchant), Send Money (which a customer can use to send money to a friend) and Withdraw Cash (which a customer can use to withdraw cash from a VISA recognized agent).
