Description
In accommodation facilities that use the innovative Virtual Badge system, you can access your room and common services, comfortably and safely with your smartphone, without having to have a key or a physical badge.
Upon booking, you will receive an email containing instructions for downloading the app, and your attached virtual access badge. Once the app is installed, click on the attachment (or alternatively, frame the QR code that was provided to you via the phone's camera) and access the structure completely automatically.
Once in front of the door of your room, or to open any external doors to the structure or to access common services, press the lock symbol in the app, and place the QR code in front of the door to be opened.
If the structure provides it, from the Virtual Badge app you can also manage the automation of your room, such as lights, motorized curtains, or adjust the optimal temperature.
