Useless just to run up my 'phone bill' usage on Viking Be careful. On my last 2 Viking trips the Viking ship cell system routed around $1000 worth of calls & data without my authorization. I advise to remove your SIM card when on ship. This happened even though I had AT&T International Plan. Then Viking claims they have no control over the cell phone system mounted on their ship but they get a portion of the revenue

I have downloaded this to both android phone and iPad. At first both worked fine but after a few days the iPad version kept crashing not allowing me to do anything. Apart from this it is easy to navigate and use.

Really useful app, but is missing some features, like making and checking restaurant reservations, drinks and food ordering from app at your table, etc. It's mostly a directory than an interactive app still.

This app is useless. I thought the whole point was to be able access your cruise information on the app BEFORE the cruise. When I open it up, it tells me to wait until I'm actually on the cruise. That's in over a year... what's the point of the app?

Really bad quality in comparison to the Apple app. The "View Menu" function doesn't work. On the IOS, guests can view all the different menus for the entire trip for all meals in each restaurant, and there isn't access to that anywhere else, including stateroom TVs. Please fix it - I'd like to see what my options are.

It worked well most of the time. Sometimes the information in the calendar and Viking Daily wasn't updated, was missing altogether, or was incorrect, especially after a delay which caused some schedule changes. It also would have been nice to see where we were - not included in the app.

It doesn't appear to be good for anything. I told it I already had a cruise booked and then it said I couldn't do anything until I was on the ship and connected to its WiFi. I thought a big point of this app was to allow contactless and more efficient check in. Wouldn't that have to happen *before* I get on the ship? And terminating the app normally doesn't work.

Crummy app. (Note most of the 5 star reviews are for the CRUISE, not there app!) Slow, never actually updated, cannot log on from off the ship. Must be connected to ship's wifi to connect to profile, no nightly menu information. There are numerous electronic interactive touch screen message boards around ship that ARE useful. App should essentially give same info. Needed to be able to log in off ship to see what's on for later. Overall poor app. (Cruise was fine however.)
