The VIGO app gives personal insights in workvitality and workenergy. VIGO is a personal development instrument that follows and analyzes your working energy on the basis of six workdrivers and gives you insights so that you know what you need to come into your strength. By having insight in your workdrivers you will be able to develop yourself and improve your workvitality. This will be measured on basis of the VIGO workdrivers (energy, space, challenge, support, results and growth). Each month you will receive your personal on-line VIGO dashboard with analysis and trends and VIGO insights with useful advise.
