What happened? Ive had this for 5 months used to work wonderfully. Now the camera is delayed in recording whats its detected, extremely delayed if notifying, logs me out of app ( which it stops recording if logged out), the live feed takes a long time to come up if at all. Sometimes comes up all green and cant see anything.

Seriously, it was working fine and as of a month ago. Now it has turned to complete garbage. I need this camera working for my baby. Your company needs to fix this loading/ lag issue. Us parents/guardians rely on your company to deliver . I'll update my review once it starts working as it once did. Note: WiFi signal is extremely strong with 4 other devices sharing the same network . My equipment isn't the problem. Our Rings Work just fine

Set up three cameras, one inside the house where all traffic occurs, and two outside. Between me and my roommate we have not once set off any alarms or triggered any recording. It just is not picking up human movement. I've had it for less than a week and it's going back.

App was great until the last update! Now I can hardly use it for my 2 year old. It's constantly loading and freezing. What good is a safety monitor if I can't monitor anything!?

works, but is glitchy, and lags sometimes, but worth it if you aren't able to afford anything better.... I only wish I could connect with as many devices as I want and also connect on my laptop.

Used to work well, but videos recently stopped saving and I'm not getting motion detection notifications any more. I really liked those aspects of the system so I hope that this can be fixed soon.

It was working fine, it does buffer sometimes but, not too bad, now it wont let me view my recorded videos, i dunno maybe just another bug they have to fix.

Ok so i thought my camera/app crapped out BUT- it turns out my internet was too fast. So- what i found was if your using wifi go ahead and plug in your Ethernet cord to the camera and your modem. Then reset it all and it will work!!

Cameras did not work anyway, so I sent them back. However, with two cameras for 2 weeks, I didn't get notifications, nor did the motion sensor work in daylight. I was quite dissatisfied and disappointed.

Kinda works but leaves a lot to be desired. The camera feature is often glitchy and freezes or lags, despite being very close to the Wi-Fi and with a very good connection. I contacted their support about this and they said they would send me a new unit. However after I gave them my address I never received anything. The app itself is a bit clunky with limited features. There's no dark mode which really sucks at night. For sharing, only one user can control notifications and see video playback.
