Good idea excuted very badly. I used it once to book a home visit for an emergency for my grandma. Said they will call me but nobody called and it was infuriating experience overall.

Not reliable .. You do a booking and its confirmed by Vezeeta but then after waiting two weeks for the appointment the clinic or hospital calls and says that eather the doctor had left along time back or they are fully booked and Vezeeta did not update their system !!!! This is frustrating . Also some of the clinics or hospitals say it's better to book from us directly. So it's a waste of Time plus it just shows one main care providers and dont really have a variety of other care providers???

The delivery duration for vezeeta pharmacy is terrible, I ordered over 10 times it never came before 2 hours at least. I complained every time through the app but unfortunately nothing changed, same experience over and over.

very helpful application and an awesome idea for getting medical help in a fast, efficient and reliable way. Update: rating it with 4 only due to implementing Whatsapp only as the sole mean for communication while other far better apps are being used by vast users such as telegram and signal.

I'm giving this app 2 stars because it helped me find a good doctor. However, Vezeeta pharmacy is terrible. They mess up the orders and let you wait for 2 days to get it fixed (no matter how many times you call customer service). I'm never buying from them again.

why am waiting for 2 hrs to receive the order? you are pharmacy you supposed to be faster as possible, we are requesting a critical medicine to a kid and order is out for delivery from hour and half and didn't receive it till now. very bad experience and don't think that i will repeat it

Very bad service, the pharmacy constantly cancels orders after waiting for an hour, then they send me a message telling me it will be sent in the next 24 hrs? this is the stupidest excuse I have ever heard, if want my order to arrive in 24hrs, I would honestly be better off manufacturing the medicine at home.

Very bad application. I cannot find my recent and previous pharma orders. I cannot find my points balance. The application opens very slow and after a minute or more.
