Do you or a loved one benefit from the Telecare and/or Postman Visit service of Looking After My Parents? With the new free Looking After My Parents mobile app, easily track and manage the services!
Who is it for?
The app is available if you are a subscriber, beneficiary, or designated local contact.
How to access it?
Simply download the app and log in with your La Poste account. If you don't yet have an account, create one in just a few clicks from the Looking After My Parents app or online at https://www.laposte.fr/services-seniors/teleassistance.
IMPORTANT: Log in or create your La Poste account using the subscriber's email address provided when subscribing to the service.
What can the app do?
If you are a customer or local contact of the standard or mobile Telecare service:
• Be notified when the telecare service is activated: alert or call to the monitoring and assistance center
• Receive alerts and intervention reports
• Monitor the proper installation and operation of the telecare equipment
If you are a customer or local contact of the Postman Visit service:
• View reports of visits made by the postman
• Be notified if the recipient is absent during a scheduled visit
• Receive souvenir photos of the visit, as well as the recipient's mood
• Be informed of needs identified during the postman's visit: shopping, outings, repairs, etc.
• Notify other community members when a need identified in the visit report has been addressed
The application also allows you to:
• View service-related events in the calendar: alerts issued, installation progress, upcoming visits, available reports, etc.
• Activate and receive your Push notifications, even when you're not logged into the app
• Find answers to your questions in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
If you are a service subscriber, you can also:
• View your latest bill and access your billing history
• Download or share a bill
• Change the day(s) of the week scheduled for the mail carrier's visit
• Add, delete, or edit the contact information of a local contact
• Enter the contact information of the beneficiary's primary care physician to facilitate emergency services if needed
• Access your contract and any amendments
