Valbohem AB är det kommunala bostadsföretaget i Färgelanda kommun.
Vår vision är att Valbohem ska vara den attraktiva hyresvärden i Färgelanda som utvecklar framtidens boende!
Vi förvaltar 611 lägenheter och c:a 5056 m2 lokaler i kommunens tätorter Färgelanda, Högsäter, Ödeborg, Stigen och Ellenö.
Företaget ingår i Svenska Allmännyttan organisationen och vår ambition är att erbjuda bra bostäder med hyresrätt. Vi har fastighetsskötare och administrativ personal på nära håll.
Här i kommunen bor 20 % av invånarna i Valbohems bestånd.
Det är trevligt att leva och bo i vår kommun.
Majoriteten av våra lägenheter ligger i markplan med en egen uteplats. Hos oss har du alla möjligheter att hitta ett boende som passar just dig. Från första ungdomsboendet till trygghetsboendet. Our vision is that Valbohem will be the attractive landlord in Färgelanda who develops the future of housing!
We manage 611 apartments and approximately 5056 m2 of premises in the municipality's urban areas Färgelanda, Högsäter, Ödeborg, Stigen and Ellenö.
The company is part of the Svenska Allmännyttan organization and our ambition is to offer good housing with rental right. We have property managers and administrative staff up close.
Here in the municipality, 20% of the residents live in Valbohem's population.
