In the mobile application connected to the online customer service called VízCenter, customers of water utility companies providing drinking water and sewerage services in various parts of the country as members of the National Waterworks Group can conveniently handle matters anytime, anywhere.
The service providers currently available in the VízCenter mobile application:

• DRV Zrt.
• ÉDV Zrt.
• ÉRV Zrt.
• TRV Zrt.
The services currently available in the VízCenter mobile application:
Several types of registration and login options after downloading:
- With username and password
- With fingerprint or facial recognition
- With DÁP identification or Customer Gateway+ identification
Simplify reporting meter readings, viewing your bills and making payments:
- Reporting meter readings with a few clicks
- Viewing bill information, downloading bills
- Instant online payment of bills
In case of multiple locations:
- Linking user accounts and switching between registrations at the listed service providers
You can start directly from the mobile application:
- Booking an appointment and planning a route to the selected customer service office
- Calling the service provider's customer service
