UTT Asset Management and Investor Services (UTT AMIS) is a fund management company that deals with establishment, launching and managing collective investment Service. The company also provides Wealth Management Service. UTT AMIS operates based on the Capital Markets and Securities Act, 1994(Amended) and Collective Investment Schemes Regulations, 1997. Currently the company manages five funds which are Umoja, Wekeza Maisha, Watoto, Jikimu and Liquid Funds. UTT AMIS ni kampuni ya uwekezaji yenye kuhusika na uanzishaji na uendeshaji wa mifuko ya uwekezaji wa pamoja.Kampuni hii pia inatoa huduma za usimamizi wa amana(Wealth Management Services) UTT AMIS inafanya kazi zake kutokana na sheria za masoko ya mitaji na dhamana ya mwaka 1994(iliyorekebishwa) na kanuni ya Mifuko ya Uwekezaji wa Pamoja ya mwaka 1997.
