Very lag, can't see the price even after logging in. More efforts should be put into this app when is important. No market depth as well. Please check out other newer investing apps like moo moo and tiger as a model for improvement.

The App has gone from good to bad. User interface is very unfriendly. The screen is very difficult to manoeuvre, need to scroll left and right to see details (previously, all necessary information is visibly in one screen.) Letters and figures have become very minute. Its difficult and a hassle to do trading when time is of the essence! This upgrade is a complete failure.

Used to be an alright app that had the occassional login issues but never to the point of being non-functional. , but ever since the update, each time I log in it takes forever to "check for updates". Becomes a matter of luck. Sometimes I get in sometimes I don't. Please fix it.

This new update is very very bad, the font is so so small, even I put on my reading glasses also hard to read. Too much information squeezed in a line making it extremely confusing and hard to read. Even I increase the font settings in my phone to extra huge also no use. Can please change back to the old version. This new version is totally not friendly at all.

My app just got updated to the new model. And if this was supposed to be a "First Impressions" situation, its off to a bad start. Appreciate all the detailed functions, but my feedback is more on the bugginess of the app itself. The lag time delay is horrendous!! How can i make a trade at critical timings with such lag time for quickfire reactions?

Update: the new app works great and I didn't get the same lagging issue like previous. Only comment is that you need to allow user to adjust the columns in the app. You are providing 3 to 4 times the space of what is needed resulting in unnecessary scrolling. And given the other feedback from so many users, maybe you should try getting customers to do UAT testing before rolling out. A lot are simple fixes to the UX.

New interface has 1 feature better and 10 features worse than before. Uses more mobile data but less actual data shown. E statements: not available, ShareXplorer: news are irrelevant to share Realised P/L: the sorting by other attributes does not work. Interface: sometimes bounces users out of app BUT YOU DECIDED TO INCREASE THE FONT SIZE INSTEAD OF FIXING ANY IF THE ABOVE BUGS. GOOOOOD JOB. Please allow for rollback to previous interface or I am going to cancel trading accounts with UOB.

very bad . crashed and hang many times each I switched screen... called hotline, but hotline too hot.. when answered , customer service is busy... lousy customer support... the app also very lags, be it on WiFi or GSM... please make sure is a good working model, not alpha or beta version. as we are trading , every second is $$$...
