Description
The UPC Biznes Softphone application is an additional service for UPC Biznes Virtual Central. It allows making phone calls from a mobile device using a landline phone number by transmitting data over the Internet. The application allows you to use all the possibilities and functionalities of the Virtual Headquarters.
Thanks to the Softphone application you get:
CONVENIENCE
• the ability to answer business calls to a landline phone outside the workplace - always in contact with the client
• no need to provide your personal contact number - the customer always calls the same number regardless of where the employee is
• the ability to create one contact number for the entire company using IVR (Answering Machine), Search Groups or number forwarding in the absence
• easy to set rules for incoming calls (e.g. automatic redirection after business hours, directing calls to a group of employees - answered in order or separated automatically)
• all contacts available on the mobile device are available and can also be used from the application
SAVING
• use of minutes / calls packages available under UPC Business stationary tariffs also outside the office (e.g. after using the mobile operator's minutes package or for calls not included in this package)
• connections between devices in the company are made for free and with short numbers
• no roaming charges when making calls abroad - calls are billed in the same way as if they were made from the place where UPC services are installed
• no need to purchase office telephones - connections are made using the application using headsets
FLEXIBILITY
• one number even on 3 devices
• making calls even without a SIM card (WiFi) or when, for example, the prepaid SIM card runs out of funds
