Healthy living is not always easy. That is why we are happy to help you with useful services related to health. And do you still need care? Then you can quickly and easily arrange your healthcare matters via our app. For yourself or for others on your policy.
You can do this with the UMC Zorg app:
1. Send an invoice quickly and easily
- You can declare with a photo or PDF of your account
- You will find your submitted bills collected in 1 overview
2. View your healthcare costs and pay a bill immediately
- View healthcare costs on the invoice or with used healthcare
- Pay bills easily with iDEAL
- The ability to pay a bill in instalments
3. View Personal Benefits and Find Caregivers
- You can see how much you will be reimbursed this year for, for example, physiotherapy or the dentist
- You will immediately find a contracted care provider in your area
4. All important documents of your health insurance together
- Your personal health insurance card and the details of your policy are always at hand
5. And even more benefits
- Safely and quickly log in to My UMC via the scanner
- See how much deductible you have left
- Useful services to take control of your health and care
- Answers to frequently asked questions in a row
Also useful for co-insured
Are you on a policy with someone else? Then you are 'co-insured'. You can also download and use the app as a co-insured. You just don't have a mailbox and you don't receive bills from us. This is because they are received by the main insured person on your policy. Curious about what you can do with the app? Download the app and find out for yourself!
You only need to register once
Do you have your DigiD details to hand? You already install the app in 4 steps:
• Download the app
• Read the terms
• Log in with DigiD (only needed the 1st time)
• Create your own 5-character PIN
Then open the app with your personal PIN or fingerprint. Safe and fast!
