Ultimate tic tac toe is a game where user plays on a 9X9 board with 9 3X3 tic tac toes in it and when user make a move in one board opponent gets chance in corrosponding tic tac toe in the bigger tic tac toe of tic tac toes and if result of that tic tac toe is decided then user can make a move anywhere and if user is able to win a row or diagonal in the bigger tic tac toe then he wins.
