Easy access to all my favorite quality brands & items I can't find anywhere else (except in the store). Very happy with it, except for a couple of things: 1. Items out of stock a lot of the time 2. Being unable to test the perfumes-I won't buy a brand I've never used bc of descriptions. Could sound good but when I get it I sometimes hate it. When a customer orders a perfume, ask if they have used it/scented it before. If not, send an extremely tiny sample & if hated, refund their money.

This app needs serious attention & upgrade! Products mainly come up in a list format that are SO small you can hardly see them! The filter feature is non existent. So many things are just bad. This is the way we shop now, Ulta needs to revamp this entire app & products priority & exciting to see, make swatches more realistic, larger & accurate (stop with the flat cartoon shades). I shop Sephora's app almost daily to see offers & products, I hate using Ulta's app & I'm a Diamond member!

Love this app. Gives really useful details in the product descriptions, including ingredients, which is super helpful when searching for skin care. My only complaint is that you can't set a location as your default, so when I'm checking store availability, I have to put my zip code in every single time. Maybe that's something you can do in profile settings and I am just not seeing it. It's not that big a deal, though.

In the last couple of weeks the app has been increasing glitchy. Even browsing has become frustrating and difficult. I have items in my cart I want to get rid of but no matter how many times I click to get rid of them it doesn't go away. I'm going to go back to Sephora if this doesn't change.

What is wrong with this app?! I used this all the time, then all of a sudden I got an error signing in, so its useless! The error says the app is taking a beauty rest. I've deleted and re-download it several times in the last few months. So irritating!

Turning on notifications is dangerous because I have little self control. I love Ulta because it's affordable but the quality is solid. It makes me feel pretty, knowing it's a good product at a reasonable price.

Sometimes site is too busy/too filled and slows down loading. I usually have no troubles and can find things. I have browsed for nothing particular and that's too wasteful. A search works well, order process smooth. Can't complain too much.

Horrible. Kept trying to purchase multiple products from multiple brands and my bag kept taking everything out when I would choose a different brand. It wouldn't keep all my products together. Very disappointed. And the store I chose to pick it up at kept changing. Don't know if it's me or your app. And the free samples with purchase are not available with pickup. What a waste of time. I don't have the time to get your app to take my purchases.

This app is unusable. The home screen doesn't load and I can't view the pages of products I click on. I can't even add items to my cart. I updated the app to see if that would fix the issue, but it only made it worse.

This app is always signing you out when you go to check out.. Also now it WILL NOT LOAD ANYTHING, for real it pulls that app up and nothing but the reload arrow shows. I have un installed it and force stopped and everything and this has been for a week now!
