Unreasonable permissions, why do the app needs access to my phone (for phone status and identity) location and contacts and cannot work without them? The UI/UX wasn't given a second thought either.

Never sent me a code. Piece of junk app . Tried 3 different emails. Three different providers. Gmail. Yahoo. Company email. Not one code. (finally got a code at midnight)

Worst app. Useless.Doesn't work. It was working ok for a month. After that it's offline even when i reset the system and the app, it works for the day then goes offline.

Rubbish, app always losing my logon, now it won't let me reset my password, so app is not working at all now! Can't login.....

Update really killed it....now doesn't work at all. Relied on this to monitor remote gate, waste of money, don't buy if they don't fix it. Update:. New Version update actually made it work...so good at the moment, won't do full duplex though, pain trying to talk to someone at the gate. Notification doesn't sound on the phone either.

When I'm look who at the door it's 2 way mic all the time this is the only think I'm don't like as if I'm don't want to talk to the caller there can hear all of us and some times the door bell don't work and you need to reboot the device 9n the 7in screen

Not so bad app, however, there is a bit of a delay from when a person rings the door bell till I actually receive the notification on my mobile. Also, I cannot accept the notification when the mobile is locked. I have to first unlock the phone, then accept the notification and check who's at the door and eventually open the door. Android version is 11 and MIUI version is 12.2.7

Had problems with the app, I couldn't open my gate, I tried everything. So I contacted the email listed as the developer contact. I had a reply, they tried helping me through, not without a lot of faf, and hard to understand the text within the email as It was not great English. After 3 days we got the app working, so I can again open my gate from my phone once again. 2* because this gate entry monitor/system and this app are not the best by any means. Camera 2/5 Sound/mic 2/5 Developer help 4/5

Works ok with my video intercom, I can open my gate, haven't tried to remotely speak to a visitor yet. Lack of settings for notifications, the only one available is a kind of police siren, that's not quiet in a public area. Also, it is not possible to be logged in on multiple devices at the same time.
