UAE pass is incompatible with some Samsung Galaxy models. This has not been specified neither in the app store nor easily found (if any) on the website. My samsung A5 (2017) completed all mobile and email verification steps, only to be told later that my device is not supported (Ref:M50YFXXZM7). I suggest that UAE pass from the outset specify which models wont work. The system forced me to put a rating to publish my comment. My actual rating would be N/A rather than one star.

This app stop functioning and continue hanging the in loading image. No message send through it for confirmation. This happened after recent Samsung android update. My mobile phone is Samsung Note 10 plus.

Notification for authentication does not work. When you launch the app manually and use biometrics, it fails. So overall it does not work as intended. This is not the case on IOS and happens only on Android.

App doesnt work for upgrade. My EI is just renewed but l didnt recieve. Without EI impossible. I complained and recieved msg as problem resolved. But nothing resolved. My electtic will ne cut by government just because of this upgrade problem. Without uae pass l cant get tawtheek.

I am updating and changing my review for this app. After my previous rating, they have fixed the issue in registering inside the device using your face id. Npw it is working fine and I would like to commend the developers for their quick response.

hanging on home screen and just wasted my time . am trying to open a file for ad driving license but i got nothing in this app Dear app developer try to come up with whatsapp chat or life chat on the application or something like telgram bot that use AI to answer user question faster, rather than traditional search ing . appreciate your effor but the this app doesn't help and as other reviewers mentioned its not compatible with most phones .

Not compatible with Samsung S9. It worked for a while and than it freezes.After doing an account recovering from another mobile still it didn't work. It freezes on OTP page.Very annoying and waisting time.

I have downloaded the app but it's not even opening for further registration. I am using Samsung galaxy note 9, this device is not in the list of restricted devices. Why its happening then, plz advise. I've sent an email on your given id yesterday but no response till now.

Use Less Software Do not Install, No one checking that as so many wrong option showing, Also wasting of time, i try 100 time but always same massage showing, if you are trying do not waste your time its really waste of time.

I dont understand as to why it dosent work on my phone. I have tried so many times but it always says due to the decuirty limitation on my device it wont open. Like I even changed my secuirty limitations and all then also it did not work. Please solve this issue!!!
