TVS being such a great brand you should have nailed this but such a sloppy work with this app. Just check how many of your customers still use Google maps instead of navigation assist available. Listing down things that needs improvement, 1. Ease of use - 1/10 2. Not all locations are available within city forget highways - 2/10 3. Mobile gets super heated as the app can't run in the background - 0/10 4. If you can't improve any of the above at least give place for mobile holder will use Google

The navigation isn't easy to use. It doesn't automatically change routes in case of detour. My app got stuck on world map and said tour was on. Nothing worked and I wasn't able to use it. Had to uninstall it and reinstall. Lot of bugs in the app. Also please add mileage details of the tour.

Tvs is doing great but Maps need to be updated, map rendering is slow and locations are not available, Ui improvement is also needed for maps. Concept is amazing but needs improvement in implementation. Hope to see some improvement in future updates

Except map all the other features are awesome. Map is not showing the highways and only showing very very local roads which my bike gets uncomfortable and getting low mileage too. Please improve maps to get highways for comfortable riding experience. Even if having maps on tft but now i have to look google maps for reach my destination smoothly.

Facing the same issue faced by other customers too. Navigation stops working once we lock the mobile and place it in our pocket. Mobile also getting heated once we start the navigation. TVS being such big brand please improve in these areas. Will write the same in email.

I'm big fan of TVS vehicle smartx connectivity feature and owner of Jupiter Grande edition with tvs Bluetooth connect feature ..... I'm rating this app 1 of 5 stars due to following and will hope it will come added soon to app ... But I'll give I'm bit satisfied with the app as there is very less features for Jupiter grande. Can you add following features for Jupiter grande atleast with some basic algorithms:- 1.last parked location features 2.And also atleast basic navigation information

The app is slow to connect to the phone by bluetooth, and I've recently also been facing issues with touch response. Sometimes, gps doesn't work properly, or work at all. It also fails to load up directions.

This mobile application needs in-market testing. For example you cannot schedule anothet service request after 1 service. The synchronization between the TVS Server and Applications is slow and late update. The Map data is inaccurate and host of other issues ⚠️.

The app version for the top of the line bike (rr310) is not good. The app just look dated and old. Please update the dashboard for RR310 to the same as Ntorq or RTR200. And please fix the acceleration G force reading it ether shows zero or directly 3.0. And add lean angle reading as well.

App got some connectivity bugs, it won't automatically connect with the New TVS NTorque Race xp . Not sure if its hardware related or software sided. The vechile registered in the app have to be deleted in order to get connected again & when navigation assist is on on the app and kept in the background the display on the vechile doesn't get updates on whereabouts it simply freezes, if the app is kept running on the foreground it drains the battery severely and heats up the mobile so badly.
