Every Mantar holds a vibration, when recited with dedication, a transformation begins to unravel in all aspects of our life. This latest Tuhi Tuhi App has Mantras and Paath of the previous version however, there are various added features.
Tuhi Tuhi Simran - There are five versions of Tuhi Tuhi from 2009 to 2013. Enjoy the bliss of your favourite one. This Simran is a gratitude to our Guru for all the blessings in our life.
Satnam Sri Waheguru - This bonus Simran enhances one's daily meditation. Our beloved Satguruji's Naam is an essential part of our daily prayers. By doing so, continuously and persistently, we begin to understand that remembering Waheguruji 24/7 is the ultimate realisation. The extra acoustic version allows one to singalong blissfully.
Waheguru Simran - Waheguru Mantar expresses our appreciation of our Guru i.e. Our Guru's word. Explained simply Wahe + Guru = Wow to our Guru.
Mool Mantar - Mool Mantar builds a foundation for meditation as 'Mool' means base, origin, the root of everything ... This is essential to reach the Source and to merge within. It's a first step to our ultimate goal of realisation.
Paath
Japji Sahib - our daily prayer to control one's soul i.e. one's 'Ji'. When your soul is in fear and is weak recite Japji Sahib. The 38 pauris of Japji Sahib, as written by Guru Nanak Devji, free humanity from the cycle of birth and death.
Dukh bhanjani Sahib - is a compilation of Shabads to enhance one's faith, and is recited to heal oneself from disease, stress and all negativity experienced in life.
Rehraas Sahib - this Bani is recited in the evening, after a hard day at work, or even at home. The Paath gives energy to one's being and refreshes one's soul.
Sohaila Sahib - this Paath is recited at night before one retires to sleep, giving one a peaceful night's sleep and protection from any negativity or untoward sources.
