True Football 3 provides dozens of features that let you control many aspects of your club, starting from building youth academy (from U7 to U21!), through dealing with sponsors and financial stuff and even upgrading your stadium to the biggest one ever!
You will need to deal with lot of challenges during your manager life - decide about transfers, interact with players, look after their morale and relationships between them. Just to be sure that they will do their very best on the pitch. Can you make it?
