Was good. Key word...was...it worked until 2 weeks ago and I can't update, so I'm on the most recent broken version of the app. Now I can't reserve a shower. Just says an error was encountered. Now I have to stand in line for 15 minutes....pointless app... Error EC209 PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER....been 2 weeks. Still broken...how much later this need? Oh, if you give bad review. They block your email and the website won't allow you to reset your password. They won't fix the issues, just add to it.

This app was okay till a couple weeks ago. Now I haven't been able to log in for two weeks. It logged me out I tried to log back in didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. It still says there is an error. I went to reset my password it sends me an email. Then tells me there's an error again when I go to reset my password. I'm fed up with the junk app.

Update: I've been very happy with the recent verions of the app. Only complaint is how easy it was to accidentally use two shower credits when I only needed one (seems the app was hanging up, and my multiple presses of the button ended up registering two different showers) then it was a hassle getting the one back. But other than that it works very well -- best of all the big truck stop chains.

I agree with another review. Glad im not the only one having this issue .i cant log in, it keeps kicking me out, have tried to reset password, updated app, so on all things come back as an error. Tried calling cant get anyone on the phone...yall need to turn the system back to the way it was before or fix the bugs..its a big inconvenience in many ways, especially on the road, when i cant use the app.

Network communication error while trying to use PumpSmart and you guys need to fix the issue with point redemption when you're in a shop. It makes no sense to have to walk to the main building to generate a code to walk back to the shop

I gave this a 1 B4. Since I reinstalled the lastest version. It works well. My only complaint is. I only drive regional once in a while. When I thought I had a shower. I didn't. I don't think they should expire. Just my opinion. Loves does the same thing. One day I'll have big boy pants on and can drive like the pros..

Pumpsmart only activates when pulled under the fuel canopy.. I can get out and swipe my card at the pump just as fast as the system takes to register and go thru the prompts on the phone. And why are there ads from DECEMBER still showing on the home screen with it being MAY almost JUNE!!.. Every now and then the app gives an error due to "poor internet connection" even though I'm on 5g with 3 bars or 4g with 5 bars and have no issue streaming a video at those connections...

It's good except a couple months ago it stopped working in California most of the time idk why but the last couple months everytime I come to California it stops working properly says fatal error every time and won't let you do what you want to do

Would give no stars if that was an option. Can't log in, can't change password to log in, can't start a new account. Nothing on this app works properly.

Both the app and the site reserve it don't seem to work for me. Just keeps telling me that my card won't go through. Have no proble in store or other apps. It's not my cards problem and to get any help you must call within business hours.
