Would be 5 stars but this last change is incredibly frustrating! All this time the popup notification widget had Approve button on the left and Decline on the right. With this last update you swapped the button positions, so I'm always hitting the Decline button by mistake now. Please put the buttons back in their original order!

App works great on Mac but the when trying to use this on a chrombook with the Google Play store I can't get it to function. My work requires you have a passcode setup which I do for logging into my chromebook. However with that setup I still can't login. Clicking on setttings brings me to a page with nothing useful. Anyone get this working on ChromeBook with a passcode?

Broken app. Won't find contacts or allow searching/adding of contacts - even though I can see my contacts just fine on the web and Windows clients. Because of this it always sees an "empty" contacts list which means I'm not allowed to send any messages to anyone! What good is an app that only allows inbound messages?

Have options set to save conversations on server, but they don't show up on oth er r devices. Otherwise solid app.

Works great, when the app is maximixed on my Chromebook. Otherwise I cannot click 1/2 the time, and the other 1/2 the time I cannot type anything to a contact.

I like the app. I've been using it for about 2 years and I purchased a lifetime subscription. Recently, after an app update, I've been having a problem with the notification features in the app (I use an Android phone and no longer get notifications for messages). I've contacted Customer Support several times over the past approximately 4 weeks and have gotten no response.

Really like it when it works. When I first downloaded this app it worked perfectly. Now it's a guessing game as ti whether it will ever sign me in again. And if it does manage to all my settings are gone and I have to reset all my favorites. It works perfectly otherwise, but first you have to get passed signing in. So frustrated.

I too used to use trillium on Windows and early on on the Android device. I decided to reinstall it so that I could jump on AOL, ICQ and some of the old chat platforms I haven't used in years. Rather disappointed to find out that it basically is broken. Oh well, I guess this goes the way of MySpace... I guess all good things come to an end, farewell!

I downloaded this to replace another app that I was growing tired of because of problems. This one is worse! I can't add or invite anyone because of an error that kicks me back out, telling me sign in. If I have to see error 400 one more time...!!! I'm so glad I didn't immediately pay for a years service based on the positive reviews. This is my first review for an app but this one deserved it!
